Many years ago I had the stamina to stay up until twelve o'clock at night to finish samplers for my children. This is part of my sons. Wow.. the patience and time I had back then.

In keeping with the theme, recently I got this book and was so inspired to copy and have a little bit of it in real life. My daughter actually made this boat(unpainted) at an excursion to the maritime museum last year. Perfect for slapping on a bit paint and a quick sew sail.
